Timeline — key dates and calculation changes

Start of the period covered by the required calculation
The process-verbaal of 12 March 2024 states that the calculation had to cover gross wages due from 6 May 2022.
Start of the NBBU Fase 4 agreement for 32 hours per week
This was an agreement under NBBU Fase 4, equivalent to ABU Phase C: indefinite-term, 32 hours per week and not an on-call contract.
Process-verbaal and a specific obligation imposed on Intrixo
Within two weeks Intrixo had to provide the worker's representative with a calculation of gross wages due from 6 May 2022. This was an obligation of Intrixo, not a general task for both parties.

EUR 5,000 advance payment
The banking package contains confirmation of a EUR 5,000 transfer. Payment of the advance was a separate element and did not replace the obligation to provide the full gross-wage calculation.
Expiry of the two-week deadline
The deadline under the process-verbaal expired two weeks after 12 March 2024. The public material contains no confirmation that a complete gross-wage calculation from 6 May 2022 had been provided by that date; this requires review of the full file.
First calculation: approximately EUR 3,503.05 gross
The third representative presented a first calculation while also stating that not all payslips were available.
Second calculation: approximately EUR 4,155.85 gross
After receiving “almost all” missing payslips, the result increased. A no-further-claim position was nevertheless stated while the documentation was still incomplete.
Written identification of calculation errors
Specific numerical discrepancies, disputed weeks and partial alternative calculations were submitted. An organized banking-evidence package followed.
Corrected calculation: EUR 7,741.03 gross
After the errors and additional materials were submitted, the result increased from approximately EUR 4,155.85 to EUR 7,741.03, an increase of about EUR 3,585.18 gross. No single complete table covering the entire period from 6 May 2022, all transfers, deductions, the advance and the final balance was produced.
Raad van Discipline decision, reference 25-714/DH/DH
According to the decision held by the authors, the objection was upheld, complaint parts a) and d) were upheld and a reprimand was imposed. The full decision is not published on this site.
Safe organization and update of the public material
Following the disciplinary decision, the anonymized report, key findings, five-evidence page and PL/EN/NL versions were updated. Personal data, full payslips, bank statements and unredacted case files were not published.
